Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of VEYA, a mobile top-up service operated by TELEflash GmbH. Please read them before placing an order.

Last updated 8 September 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to every order placed through VEYA, a mobile top-up service operated by TELEflash GmbH, TELEflash GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 69, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany ("we", "us", "our"). VEYA is a brand name used by TELEflash GmbH and is not a separate company.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Separate rules apply to the use of the website itself, which are set out in the Website Terms. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights that you have as a consumer under the law of the country in which you habitually reside.

2. Description of the service

VEYA allows you to add prepaid credit to a mobile phone number of a supported operator in a supported European Union member state. You select the country, the operator and the amount, provide your contact details, and pay through a third-party payment gateway. Once payment has been confirmed, we arrange for the credit to be applied to the number you entered.

We act as the provider of the top-up service towards you. The underlying mobile service, the tariff attached to the number and the way credit is consumed remain governed by the terms of the relevant mobile operator, with whom we have no contractual relationship on your behalf.

The service is intended for adding credit to prepaid numbers. Whether a given number can receive credit depends on the operator and the status of the number, which we cannot check in advance beyond the information available to us.

3. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You must be entitled to use the payment method you provide. If you are topping up a number that belongs to someone else, you confirm that you are permitted to do so.

We may decline or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion, for example where we are unable to verify the information provided, where an order appears to be fraudulent, or where applicable law prevents us from completing it.

4. How an order is placed

An order is placed by completing the following steps on the website:

  • entering the mobile number to be topped up and selecting the country in which the number is registered;
  • selecting the mobile operator to which the number belongs;
  • selecting a top-up amount from the offered options, or entering a custom amount within the displayed limits;
  • optionally entering an email address if you would like a receipt;
  • reviewing the order summary and proceeding to payment, at which point you are redirected to the page of an external payment provider.

The presentation of the service on the website is an invitation to place an order and does not itself constitute a binding offer by us. Your order becomes binding when you confirm payment on the payment provider's page. A contract for the requested top-up comes into existence when we accept the order, which we do by beginning to process the top-up after receiving confirmation of payment.

After payment you are returned to a confirmation page that shows your order ID and a QR code. If you provided an email address, we also send an order confirmation there. Please keep your order ID; you will need it for any enquiry about the order.

Before confirming, please check the mobile number, country, operator and amount carefully. Once a top-up has been delivered to a valid number it generally cannot be recalled (see section 11).

5. Supported countries and operators

The service is available for numbers registered with the operators listed on the website in the European Union member states listed on the website. The list of supported countries, operators and amounts may change from time to time without notice; the options shown at the time you place an order are those that apply to that order.

The names and logos of mobile operators are shown solely to identify the network to which a top-up will be sent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any operator unless expressly stated (see section 16).

If the number you entered does not belong to the operator you selected, the top-up may fail or be delivered to a different network. We rely on the information you provide and cannot always detect such mismatches in advance.

6. Prices

The price payable for a top-up is the amount shown in the order summary before you proceed to payment. Where a service fee applies in addition to the top-up value, it is displayed separately before you confirm.

In countries that do not use the euro, the top-up is credited in that country's own currency and the amount you pay is shown in euro next to it. The euro figure is calculated using the daily euro foreign-exchange reference rate published by the European Central Bank, and the rate and its date are shown before you confirm. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or charges to the payment, over which we have no control.

Any taxes that apply to the transaction are included in or shown together with the price displayed at checkout, as required by applicable law.

The value credited to the mobile number is determined by the operator and may differ from the amount you paid, for example where the operator applies its own fees, bonuses, currency conversion or tax deductions to incoming credit. Such operator-side adjustments are outside our control.

7. Payment

Payment is made in advance through the payment methods offered at checkout. We begin processing a top-up only after the payment provider has confirmed that payment was successful.

Card and other payment details are entered on the page of the external payment provider, not on the VEYA website. VEYA does not store card numbers, security codes or similar payment credentials. The payment provider processes those details under its own terms and privacy notice.

If a payment is later reversed, charged back or found to have been made without proper authorisation, we may recover the value of any top-up already delivered and may suspend further orders from the same person, payment instrument or device.

8. Third-party payment providers

Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR NAME], an independent payment service provider. When you proceed to payment you leave the VEYA website and enter into a separate relationship with that provider for the processing of your payment.

The payment provider's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment page. We are not responsible for the content or operation of the payment provider's page, although we will help you where we can if a problem occurs during payment.

The payment provider may carry out its own checks, including checks required by law to prevent fraud and money laundering, and may decline a payment. We do not control those decisions.

9. Delivery of the top-up

We aim to deliver top-ups within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the operator and can occasionally take longer, in particular during operator maintenance or periods of high demand. Any delivery time we state is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline.

A top-up is delivered when the operator or its top-up supplier confirms to us that credit has been applied to the number you entered. If you provided an email address, we send you a confirmation once we receive it.

If you have not received the credit within a reasonable time after payment, please check the number and operator shown on your confirmation page and contact us at the support contact listed in our Imprint with your order ID.

10. Failed or incomplete transactions

A transaction may fail for several reasons, including a declined payment, an operator rejecting the top-up, an invalid or inactive number, or a technical interruption. If a transaction fails you are shown a failure page, and where a payment was attempted and you provided an email address, we also inform you of the outcome by email.

If your payment was not captured, no amount is due and no top-up is sent. If your payment was captured but the top-up could not be completed, we will either complete the top-up once the cause has been resolved or arrange for the amount to be returned to you, as described in the Refund Policy.

In some cases a payment may appear as a temporary reservation on your account even though it was not completed. Such reservations are released by your bank or card issuer in accordance with its own timelines.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable mandatory consumer law. Our approach to the most common situations, including duplicate orders, undelivered top-ups and payments taken without a completed top-up, is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because a top-up is delivered electronically and consumed by the receiving number immediately, a top-up that has been successfully applied to the number you entered generally cannot be reversed. We nevertheless review every request on its merits.

To request a refund, contact the support contact listed in our Imprint and quote your order ID.

12. Your responsibilities

When using the service you agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete and current information, in particular the mobile number, country and operator;
  • use only payment methods you are entitled to use;
  • keep your order ID safe and not share it with people who are not entitled to information about your order;
  • comply with the terms of the mobile operator whose number you are topping up;
  • not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable or impair it.

We are entitled to rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for losses that result from incorrect details entered by you, except where the loss is caused by our own fault.

13. Fraud prevention and abuse

We may monitor orders for indications of fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms. Where we have reasonable grounds for suspicion we may delay, decline or cancel an order, ask you for additional verification, or suspend access to the service.

You must not use the service to launder money, to test stolen payment instruments, to circumvent operator restrictions, or to obtain credit for numbers you are not permitted to top up. We cooperate with payment providers, operators and competent authorities in investigating such conduct as permitted by law.

Automated tools, scripts or bulk ordering are not permitted without our prior written agreement.

14. Availability of the service

We endeavour to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, security reasons, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages at operators, top-up suppliers, payment providers or hosting providers.

We may modify, restrict or discontinue the service, or individual countries, operators or amounts, at any time. Orders that have already been accepted are not affected by such changes.

15. Intellectual property

The VEYA name, logo, website design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to TELEflash GmbH and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website to place orders and for your own personal, non-commercial information. Any other use, including copying, reproduction, framing or automated extraction of content, requires our prior written consent.

16. Third-party trademarks

The names, logos and other marks of mobile operators and payment providers displayed on the website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the networks and payment methods for which the service is offered. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, the trademark owner.

17. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in any other case in which liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

In the case of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may reasonably rely. In that case our liability is limited to the damage that is typical for this type of contract and was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.

We are not responsible for the quality, availability or terms of the mobile service provided by the operator, nor for how credit is used once it has been applied to a number.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

18. Data protection

We process personal data in connection with your order, including the mobile number topped up, any email address you provide for a receipt, and technical data about your visit. We do not ask for your name. Details of what we process, why, on what legal basis and for how long, together with your rights, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Data-protection enquiries can be sent to the contact channel listed in our Imprint.

19. Cookies

The website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function, such as remembering your cookie choices and preferences. Optional cookies are only set with your consent. Further information, including how to change your choices, is available in the Cookie Policy and under Cookie Settings.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the service, in the law or in the operators and payment methods we support. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and do not reduce rights that you have under mandatory law.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer habitually resides.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country of habitual residence, and it does not affect the courts before which you may bring or defend a claim under applicable law.

22. Contact

The service is operated by TELEflash GmbH, TELEflash GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 69, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered with the Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main under HRB 93142.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory rules apply.
